Our Services
M.I.G. i.e., ‘metal insert gas’, is a type of welding process in which uses wire electrode and arc. Here are some of its great properties; firstly, it is quick and has a high quality finish, secondly, it is versatile and can be used with various metals, thirdly, it can be operated several ways and lastly there is no slag which produces its high quality finish.
M.A.G. on the other hand, is comparable to M.I.G. as they both fall under the category of being a type of gas metal arc welding; however there are different gases involved. Additionally, M.A.G. stands for ‘metal active gases’.
Tungsten insert gas (TIG) process is great when working on the more rigorous jobs, like an s-curve procedure. Moreover, we have the following advantages; Firstly, it is diverse and gives you the option to work with a variety of metals. Secondly, it creates a high quality clean weld, and lastly, the shielding gas used for the material allows protection for the overall product.
Manual metal arc welding (MMA) is another excellent welding process when working on the more advanced job. This entails the task of joining steel with electricity. There are some great reasons to why MMA is a suitable welding process. For example, the cost is reasonable and well-priced, and lastly, it works great on dirty metals. What is more, the production on dirty metals enables the job to be carried out during bad weather (which is extremely handy during the colder months).
