What We Do
At JB Engineering (Hatton) Ltd we specialise in providing customer site tradespersons within the structural and mechanical fields of maintenance, offering breakdown cover for reactive one-day maintenance, long-term planned maintenance programmes or factory shutdowns. We are available all year round; but please note that the Christmas period is our busiest time.
How We Operate
Each team of tradespersons has a fleet vehicle and general hand tools. An assortment of other tools like pipe threaders and mobile welding equipment is also available on request, although hire charges may apply. Our maintenance teams are backed up by fully equipped workshops on our JB site at Hatton. For example, this means that any extra metal components can be sourced without delay.
Over our many years of trading we have provided quality contract tradespersons to a variety of industries, including petrochemical, food, mining and steel.

The Importance of Health and Safety
PPE
Our tradespeople are trained on the safe use of PPE. PPE is issued to all our representatives. We carry the required insurance cover for our tradespeople.

Our site maintenance tradespersons can quickly get to grips with a customer’s individual needs, culture and practices. But they won’t compromise on standards and will report back any concerns they have about safety or system compliance. We support them to discuss these with customers to make sure they get the best possible on-site service with minimal risk to either our workers or theirs.
